Advantages

The demand for longer lasting fabric in the press section led to the formulation of Poly Dry, an elastomeric compound material that maintains its integrity in temperatures up to 300 degrees F. Position it under the dryer hood and Poly Dry will help your rolls squeeze water from the wet stock. Its uniform surface applies pressure evenly across the roll optimizing the felt’s performance. Poly Dry is abrasion resistant and gets high marks as the cover of choice for dryer felt applications.
